About Me
My name is Elizabeth Mayfield. I am a licensed teacher with a bachelor’s degree in Special education and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership. More importantly, I am someone who has struggled with executive dysfunction most of my life and I am a parent of four children, one of which also struggles with executive dysfunction.
As someone who genuinely struggled with all of the executive skills at some point, I never believed I would be here. I have been truly blessed to meet people who have worked with me to develop the tools and strategies that work for me. As someone who is uniquely aware of how chaotic executive dysfunction can make life, I get it. Now I would like to help you the way so many have helped me.
